This subtly pink tipple is the work of Killowen Distillery in Northern Ireland, showcasing blackberry, rosemary and orange! While that’s not a trio that may immediately spring to mind, it works deliciously well with a balance of herbaceous and fruity notes. Piney juniper alongside zesty orange, with a savoury rosemary undertone balanced by berry sweetness.
