Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully before ordering any items, creating an account, or signing up for offers and promotions. Once you have registered and clicked the “I agreed to the T&C’s” on our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, and any future changes to them.
There may be occasions that we need to amend our Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change and update these Terms & Conditions, we will strive to inform you of any changes made, however this may not always be possible. We suggest reviewing the Terms and Conditions each time you place an order online with us.
You must be aged 18 or over to register for an account on this website or to make purchases, for delivery or click and collect. In the event we have suspicion of an underage sale or registration, we reserve the right that proof of age must be given, or the order will be cancelled, and/or the account will be blocked from use.
Pricing and Payment
All our prices are in GBP(Sterling), they are all inclusive of VAT however they do not include delivery fees. SEE DELIVERY TERMS
However, some prices may be overlooked, or a mistake can be made. If an item has been ordered that is the wrong price, we will contact you before the payment has been taken.
We reserve the right to adjust our pricing, without prior notice, to keep in guidance with the ever-changing Government Legislations, tax/VAT, custom charges, and extra transport costs due to Brexit.
When viewing products on our website please note that some prices or promotions are exclusively for the web-sales. If you call into our shop, there may be a different price or a promotion may not be available.
When completing your payment on the CHECKOUT page, all fields marked compulsory, must be filled out. All major credit or debit cards are accepted. We do not store any credit card details on this website, and the transaction is processed safely and securely. On completion of your order, does not mean the order has been processed and payment taken. We have authorisation from the credit card provider to take payment from you card. Once we have confirmed that the order can be completed, processed, and does not need to be cancelled (SEE ORDER CANCELATION) will then authorise the payment to be taken.
All goods remain the Property of Anzac Off Sales, until full payment has been made by you. We will not under any circumstances ship or deliver any good that have not been paid for.
Refunds or Returns or Breakages
We have a 14 day from date of delivery return policy. All returns or errors or breakages must be reported within 14 days of delivery. We will not offer a refund, replacement, or exchange after that time.
Upon delivery of your goods, please insure all items arrived intact and are the correct items you have ordered. We recommend you keep all boxes and packaging for the 14 days as if a return needs to be made the goods need to be packaged with the same care, we took to get them delivered to you.
If you wish to return an item, we can arrange for our courier provider to collect the item from you. It must be packaged in the same packaging and box as we sent it to you. There will be a charge for this service, it is the same fee as it was to send you it.
In the unfortunate event that the product is broken or damaged while on route to you, the courier may decide not to deliver. The courier will then investigate the reason for damage and notify us. We will let you know if this happens and make arrangements for a replacement sent out. Please note that some products may be limited in numbers and if we can not replace a broken item a full refund will be issued. DPD does not provide insurance for items that contain glass or liquid.
Mistakes can happen, and if you receive your goods and we sent the wrong item, please let us know right away. Re package the item in the same box and packaging as you received it. We will the arrange for our courier to collect it and get the proper product delivered, you will not be charge for the collection or delivery of the replacement product.
There are times we may need to cancel your order. If we do cancel your order we will notify you by email with the reason of cancelation and if the payment had been taken then we will issue a refund.
Orders will be cancelled for the following:
- The product(s) you ordered being unavailable from stock
- Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
- Our inability to verify that you are aged over 18
- The identification of a pricing or product description error
- The repeated or fraudulent use of vouchers.
- Unable to ship to the address requested
Please note this list are just few examples and we reserve the right to cancel an order we feel have not followed the Terms and Conditions of our sale agreements.
Click & Collect
Proof of Age
Under the UK and ROI Alcohol and Licensing laws all products purchased must be made and accepted by a person aged 18 or older. There may be times where we request proof of age in the form of photographic ID. We will only accept a valid Driver’s Licence, Passport, or electoral identity card. The name on the photographic ID must match the name on the debit or credit card used for the purchase.
All courier deliveries provided by DPD must be accepted by a person aged 18 or older. DPD will not leave a package unattended or in a safe place. If no one is home or a person 18 or older is not available, the DPD driver will return the package to the depot and further arrangements will be made for delivery.
If you have chosen to avail of our Click and Collect service, please be prepared to present the Credit or Debit card used to make the purchase and/or a valid form of photographic ID.
Availability – Stock Shortages
We at Anzac Off Sales attempt to ensure our stock levels are correct and always updated. However, there may be occasions when a product becomes out of stock after the order has been processed.
If a product becomes unavailable, we will notify you immediately, and provide you with an update on when the product will be available. If we can not provide the requested product, we will suggest an alternative item that you agree or decline to receive. If we cannot supply, you with your desired product or an acceptable substitute we will not process your order and if payment has already been made, we will refund you as soon as reasonably possible.
All Personal details are kept strictly confidential and not shared with any other party, they are solely used to improve our service to you and to notify you of promotions and forthcoming arrivals and events. Fraud and Crime Protection/Prevention
For the purposes of the prevention or detection of offences, and/or the apprehension or prosecution of offenders, we may share any information that we collect with the police, other public or private sector agencies or representative bodies in accordance with the relevant legislation. Information shared in this way will not be used for marketing purposes.

The products you purchase may vary slightly from those images.
You have certain legal rights in respect of any products or services you purchase from us, including that such products are of satisfactory quality and that services are provided with reasonable care and skill. You have certain legal remedies if we breach these rights. Nothing in these Terms of Sale is intended to affect or limit these legal rights or other rights to which you may also be entitled, for example to damages. For more information about your legal rights please contact your local Citizens Advice Service or Trading Standards Service.
Our liability for any losses, damage or costs you suffer as a result of us failing to comply with these Terms of Sale is strictly limited to any losses, damage or costs which are a foreseeable consequence of such failure. Loss, damage or a cost is foreseeable if either it is obvious that it will happen, or if, at the time the contract was made, both we and you knew it might happen.
We are not responsible for any delay in, or failure of, performance of our obligations under these Terms of Sale arising from any event which is outside of our control (for example, an act of God, governmental act, war, fire, adverse weather conditions including snow, flood or storm, explosion or civil commotion, failure of a third party (other than our sub-contractors) or in information technology or telecommunications services, or industrial action). In the event of a significant delay or failure, we will contact you and take reasonable steps to minimise the effect of the delay or failure. If you are unhappy with a delay which affects your order, you may cancel the order and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received by contacting us. If you subsequently receive your order after cancelling it and getting a refund, you must let us know and allow us to collect the products you have received.
We will not be liable to you or to any third party for any loss, damage or costs which arise as a result of:
- Your failure to lift, transport, store or otherwise handle any product in an appropriate and safe manner; or
- Your failure to comply with the recommendations set out in the “Risks, warnings and storage conditions” section below; or
- Any spillages or breakages involving one or more of our products, unless such loss, damage or cost arises as a result of our negligence or one of our products being faulty or defective.
Nothing in these Terms of Sale shall affect our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, for fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Risks, Warning and Storage Conditions
You should be aware of the following inherent risks and warnings in respect of our products:
Alcohol should be consumed in moderation. A case of wine is heavy so extra care should be taken when lifting it. If you are concerned about the weight we advise that you transfer the bottles 1 or 2 at a time. Red wine in particular may cause staining if spilt so extra care should be taken. Sparkling wines and champagnes can be volatile due to the build up of gasses. Extra care should be taken when opening these.
