We take great care when shipping out our products. All our products are packaged safely and securely using heavy duty boxes and the highest quality AirSac and protective wrap. We then have our dedicated DPD courier service take the same care to ensure that your good arrive on time, and most importantly in one piece.
No matter what you have ordered, 1 bottle or 7 bottles, as long as the package is under 30kg delivery fees are based on package not weight.

The expected delivery times may result in delays due to issues out of our control. For example, poor weather conditions, stock availability, custom checks, and or breakdown. When we confirm your order, you will be notified then with an expected delivery time and kept up to date with the progress of the package and any delays that may occur.
If an order exceeds the 30kg limit, there is a charge of £10 for each kilogram over, so in most cases we will split the order into 2 parcels and charge the flat rate for each parcel. We will contact you before any extra delivery charges are applied.
All courier deliveries provided by DPD must be accepted by a person aged 18 or older. DPD will not leave a package unattended or in a safe place. If no one is home or a person 18 or older is not available, the DPD driver will return the package to the depot and further arrangements will be made for delivery.
