Description
This wine is bright ruby-red in colour. On the nose there are expressive aromas of fresh raspberries and cherries, intertwined with notes of caramel and chocolate. It is fresh, elegant and voluptuous in the mouth giving a juicy, fruity sensation with a smooth, velvety texture supported by a fresh sensation that, together with its toasted notes, provides a pleasant, complex finish. Tuna, salmon, ostrich or beef carpaccio and magret of duck.
