This single malt whiskey from Irish’s Glendalough was first aged in American oak ex-bourbon casks for 15 years, before being moved over to Japanese Mizunara oak casks for the rest of its maturation. Bottled at 17 years old, this expression boasts a flavour profile of rich honey, tangy fruit, sandalwood and toasted spices.
