Eden Mills Hops Gin

Drawing on Eden Mill’s credentials as Scotland’s original single-site brewery and distillery, Hop Gin utilises skills from both the brewing and distilling sides of the business. Australian Galaxy Hops, a core beer ingredient, are introduced to Eden Mill’s gin to bring zesty aromas of citrus and apricot, with a light menthol tang. Full bodied on the palate, the hops bring a refreshing bitterness. Soft tropical grapefruit and melon notes are underpinned by piney juniper. A little sweetness begins to develop in the finish. In a G&T, Eden Mill recommend freshly crushed mint or fresh red chilli pepper as a garnish.
