It turns out those Copeland folks don’t just do gin, but fabulous rum too! This is Smugglers Reserve Overproof Rum which is double pot distilled and matured in both bourbon and Pinot Noir casks. It was bottled at a hefty 57.2% ABV, with a limited run of just 600 bottles released.
