At Brooklyn Gin, we use hand-cut lemons, limes, oranges and clementines for our botanicals and we refuse to associate with concentrates, artificial flavours, or dry citrus peels which produce dull and flat flavours. To create fresh, vibrant and complex citrus notes there are no short-cuts.
