Liberties Keeper’s Coin 16yr Whiskey

The 16 Year Old spent the majority of its maturation in bourbon barrels before it was moved to Pedro Ximénez sherry casks for a finishing period. The whiskey is named Keeper’s Coin after a series of crypts underneath the Christ Church cathedral in Dublin, which apparently were known for being drinking dens. These crypts-turned-drinking-dens had cellar keepers which had their own casks and coins, so there you have it. The Keeper’s Coin.
