This is 100% Irish malt whiskey and distilled in Irelands famous Bushmills distillery. It is aged for 10 years in oak casks and then matured in two different casks one a bourbon and the other being a sherry, bourbon to mellow the whiskey and sherry to add a hint of sweetness. Once matured, each bottle is numbered and signed.
